I don't know why we need toy repost the same answer every time: ok, you can increase block size, bitcoin will remain decentralised with a few MB increase, but this is NOT the way for global adoption, it's a temporary fix. It's not the road, It will eventually need terabytes.
Blockchains at the base layer cannot scale when replicating transactions at each node.
