@Bounce_BackLoan We underestimated turnover, because we didn’t want to borrow more than we needed and the form wasn’t particularly clear. However HSBC will be able to see transactions on the account for the last 6 months which is more than the turnover we estimated?

@Dave95336746 @Bounce_BackLoan I understand they have a huge workload but there is no rhyme or reason to the payouts or docs arriving... and not telling us if there are issues that we don’t know about, just so drained from it.

@Bounce_BackLoan Yeah I no, sat on hold yesterday for ages and couldn’t get through, just ha w no idea where to turn and I have signed echosigned docs so defo in the system. Unless they are paying at branch level? Seen other places doing that. If it is the case I’ll be waiting for months!
