All 3 firefighters has been between port and flng for days, usually just 1 except critical momnts like now and first gas... Evth fit!

It looks a rebranding to reach other customers though, but if the most economically and enviromentally viable path is lacking of interest from industrial targets you have to give it a twist including green H2. Obviously it caps potential, but atm, they are selling shares at a huge premium => instant value created specially for EOSE WACC, plus bought debt at 27% facev

@jmjcapital I dont get it... Correct me if i am wrong, but right now they are selling around 50M shares + warrants for 75M$ ... How that "dilution" is negative trading at 0.90$?? Much more value accretive considering the high WACC of EOSE... Plus 73M$ value created buying bonds... 🤷‍♂️

@in_retrotech @sw20200 This deal looks pretty amazing... Cerberus paid a quite important premium for the new shares and $EOSE created instant value with the debt purchased... If they hit milestones, or I am wrong with the calcs, or is much much better than reasonably expected lol

@joceyreyes209 I think you are too bullish here hehe I believe that unit economics are already estimations for the long-run (not EX1M). At least they made clear that line capex is (2026+), so makes sense to think revenue is as well... (Obviously they can exceed their own expectations)
