@Camp4 My former boss used to say:
"most people go through life without making single decision. They are pushed through life on a conveyor belt".
When I understood him eventually, it hit me in the face like a dirty slap.
Btw, the collective courage in this photo is inspiring ๐ฅ
A resident of Effiduase has expressed concern after a road construction caterpillar was reportedly seen damaging sections of the road, raising fears over the condition and durability of the ongoing works in the area.
Last October, I trekked up the Bruku mountain in Kwahu Tafo with Hike Squad GH to see the Bruku Rock up close.
A 200-foot-tall sandstone pillar, 1000s of years old.
I couldn't help but think about how we (humans) come and go, yet some things remain, unbothered by our struggles.
Human life is transient yet riddled with toil, but some things are permanent yet undisturbed.
May our short stay here create something that stands the test of time.
Have a great weekend, friends. โ๏ธ๐ฟ

Everyone needs a QUEST.
Iโm convinced itโs the #1 key to happiness. A quest:
1) Captures your imagination
2) Is hard (a lifetime pursuit of mastery)
3) Has a community you click with (the best part!)
People who have a passionate quest have a strong sense of purpose and are never bored.
Two rules of thumb:
1. Your work is not your quest. A quest is something you do for the simple joy of it, not for money or attention. Even if you enjoy your work, you need something else to balance your identity.
2. Dabbling in a bunch of things is not the same as having a quest. Itโs much more satisfying to do deep in one thing and develop an obsession.
Find your quest!
@eastsportsman Great piece!
What's interesting is that adults who play for recreation and health and can pay the 2 hour fees ten times over have more access than young boys who have the potential to put Ghana back on the football map

I really don't think setting a record in enhanced games breaks a world record in non-enhanced games.
Gkolomeev just set the first record in enhanced games.
He did not break or set a new world record.
The only world record broken at Enhanced Games is the 50m freestyle swim (the final event).
Greek Olympian Kristian Gkolomeev clocked a time of 20.81 seconds (official record is 20.88 seconds) and walks away with the $1m prize.
James Magnussen finished 4th at 22.35 seconds.
