@TSFights I always say “no thanks, I’m good” when they ask to check my receipt. If you wanna make sure I pay for my stuff, then close the self checkout and hire more people to do work instead of standing there watching us do the work ourselves

@att @atthelp someone needs to re train ALL of the customer service reps that answer the phone for tech support.. lying to customers is not the best way to keep your customers.. 2 different reps on 2 different days didn't follow through with what they said they were going to do.

@BestBuySupport the carriers site was correct, yours was saying it was gonna arrive a day before it did, and I was getting notifications at night saying my TV was out for delivery... It was annoying but I have my tv now so be it

@bestbuy can someone explain this to me please? How does an item get shipped late in the afternoon and they tell the customer that tracking information may not be available for 24 hours but the package is supposed to be delivered the next day less than 24 hours away?
