@easyJet Why is it taking over the agreed 28 days for easy jet to review the refund requests? My flight was cancelled at end of May and it’s been 6 weeks since I asked for a refund. People with flights cancelled in June and July are getting refunds before April and May. Not fair

@easyJet i have been calling and can never get through to customer services. I have requested a refund via the website, this was over 28 days ago and still no email mentioning my refund and when I will get it. I was due to fly on 28th May to Paphos and still no refund 😡

@easyJet your blanket response is totally misleading. 28 days to receive a refund from date of submission but if it doesn’t arrive can’t contact anyone to discuss it unless it’s after 90 days. This is a way to lose your customers. Give people their hard earned money back 😡

@TUIUK get yourself together and issue the refunds owed to people. I have been ringing and emailing and keep getting fobbed off. My credit note was meant to arrive on 30/06/20 and this is still hasn’t arrived!!!! I am disgusted at how you treat your customers

@xmoochax @BBCWatchdog & missing 12 hrs in Langkawi due to late arrival. How can TUI be allowed to sail a ship on future cruises knowing it has a fault and all the advertised ports can't be visited. Miserly goodwill/apology payment offered. TUI i don't accept your apology!
