In a country such as India, this could be a disaster, if the right anti-abuse systems are not set up by WhatsApp.

Imagine receiving a message from warikoo / awarikoo / ankurwarikooo / ankur_warikoo / a_warikoo / ankurwarikooofficial etc etc - soliciting money.

1. Most people don't understand verified status (even if and when it is launched)
2. Cannot be verified through calling the phone number (because username = privacy)

I have fought a legal case against Meta's lack of attempt to bring down AI-generated ads showing my face, luring people into investment WhatsApp groups. I understand how massive this scam is and how easy it is in our country to execute it.

So forgive me, if from a public figure's standpoint, this features raises some serious concerns.

.@elonmusk says that no one can name a person who died from his aid cuts. In fact, I've met the kids who are dying, and I've talked to the families who lost children. In my columns, I've cited many, many names of people who have died because of Musk's aid cuts. A few examples:
*Yamah Freeman was a 23-year-old woman who died in childbirth because Musk cut funding for the diesel for ambulances in her part of Liberia. She couldn't get to a hospital and died as people were carrying her there. I talked to her parents and sister in their village.
*Gbessey Kiadu, age 1, died of malaria because of his cuts to malaria medication in Liberia. I talked to his mom in her village.
*Ibrahim Koroma, an infant, died of AIDS in Sierra Leone after he interrupted HIV supplies. I talked to health workers who cared for him.
*Achol Deng was an 8-year-old girl with HIV in South Sudan who died when Musk cut funding for the health care worker who provided her medicines. I talked to the healthcare workers.
I could go on and on. In almost every village you go to in South Sudan, Uganda, Liberia, Sierra Leone or other countries I reported in, you find people dying because of aid cuts. I challenge Musk: Come with me on a reporting trip, and we'll talk to these moms and dads, and you'll see the dying children themselves. I think if you see the kids whose lives are at stake, maybe you'll change your mind.

The Government of India has used public funds (tax payers money) from the Department of Science, Biotechnology and Ayush Ministry for running the SUTRA-PIC (Scientific Utilization Through Research Augmentation-Prime Products from Indigenous Cows) program which claims focus on the scientific validation and commercialization of indigenous cow breeds and their byproducts (like milk, urine, and dung). This is where I need your help. If you have the access, please source the full published papers that were part of the SUTRA-PIC program and kindly send me the full paper + supplementary documents to my email address - theliverdr(at)gmail(dot)com

My team would like to do an extensive and exhaustive post publication peer review on these papers to understand if there are consequences of public fund wastage on such programs. We need to stop "positive outcomes" fraud pseudoscience papers from infiltrating good scientific sources.

Thank you all for your messages, posts, and comments, which alerted our team to the fact that my account appears to be under censorship and that some posts are being automatically deleted.

They have stripped us of everything simply because we stood up and spoke out against the war crimes they commit behind closed doors at the United Nations and before the international community. Do you really think they would allow us to reach the public on social media without being censored?

The vast majority of you remain under the influence of their misleading propaganda-something I witness firsthand; we are being killed, yet most of you justify these killings as if they were a moral duty.

They single out voices to silence—particularly voices like mine—because of their powerful impact through information and logic, and because they expose their plans; after all, l am someone who has witnessed their true nature up close, behind closed doors. From my own experiences and observations, I feel I have seen aspects of these issues that are not always visible to the public.

They simply don’t want you to hear what we have to say.

This Windows bug is seriously unacceptable.

Last year, I had an exam scheduled at 9 AM.
At 8 AM, my laptop’s Wi-Fi suddenly disappeared.
No networks. No error message. Just gone.

I tried everything:
- Restarted the system
- Ran Windows network
- troubleshooting
- Tried different fixes from Windows resolver
- Reinstalled the Wi-Fi driver
- Reset network settings
- At one point, I genuinely thought it was a hardware issue and even banged the laptop out of frustration.

After 2 hours, the Wi-Fi came back ..probably after reinstalling drivers or some reset.
Of course, this happened after the exam time.
I ended up completing the exam on my phone. Luckily, it was only an internal exam.

But imagine if this had been a job interview or a coding assessment.
Months of preparation ruined because an operating system decided to fail at the worst possible moment.

System reliability shouldn’t be a gamble when real opportunities are on the line.

@karthikponna19 The wifi and the bluetooth drivers disappear out of nowhere. Restarting sometimes work but not a immediate solution everytime. It used to happen to me 6 months back. Some windows update probably fixed it. Now it is not a problem.
