Buddy, you need to visit China. Real purchasing power of RMB within China is absurd. Even the PPP doesn’t do its justice, not even remotely. Also arguably best infrastructure in the world is huge QoL improvement that is hard to be quantified in these metrics. There is just no chance in hell that Russia is an overall richer country.
