@colinvmcguire @Cloudwatch199 @reedhastings All the H1B new grads I met did have highly specialized skills. Also having been uprooted they tend to be more motivated and hard working. Now 100k may very well be worth it for employers to invest in them but then they should either remove the caps or increase them.
