This is the Attorney General of the Federation and Honourable Minister of of Justice of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Honourable Lateef Fagbemi today 8 July, 2025, fulfilling the requirements of the law on driving on Nigerian roads, by renewing his driver's licence at the headquarters of the Federal Road Safety Corps-a typical case of practise what you preach.

It is statutory that you can not drive on Nigeria roads without a valid Driver’s license. This is the leadership the Anthony General has exemplified. Nobody is above the law.

The Attorney General commended Corps Marshal Shehu Mohammed for introducing a more seamless biometric capture process, describing the entire process as meeting all international standards.
Meanwhile the Corps Marshal used the opportunity to take him round the Corps’ backend facilities that enhances the performance of the Corps. He further appreciated the AGF for believing in the system.
