URGENT ‼️ Tanzania is in crisis.
The internet has been completely shut down by the Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA), silencing millions. During this blackout, state-linked forces and members of the police have shot and killed innocent civilians in different regions. 💔

The government’s actions violate the Constitution of Tanzania & international human rights law. Citizens’ right to information, life, and peaceful assembly is being destroyed.

We call upon the Tanzania People’s Defence Forces (TPDF) to uphold their mandate - to protect citizens, not harm them - and to defend the nation’s integrity in this critical moment.

The people of Tanzania demand justice:
– An end to killings and abductions
– Accountability for those behind these crimes

–Tanzanians have spoken and refused the election

– Reforms within the Police and National Security Services (TISS)

– A restoration of fundamental freedoms
