If Article 370 is a temporary provision: WE HOLD THAT ARTICLE 370 IS A TEMPORARY PROVISION. IT WAS INTRODUCED TO SERVE TRANSITIONAL PURPOSE TO SERVE AN INTERIM PROCESS.

It was for a temporary purpose because of war conditions in the state.

Textual reading also shows it is a temporary provision and thus it was placed in part 21 of the constitution.

#AmulvsNandini or Amul Vs Nestle ?

Here are average prices of 1 liter of different brands of toned milk packets available in South India.

Nandini: ₹ 39 (Karnataka)
Aavin: ₹ 44 (Tamilnadu)
Dodla: ₹ 45 (Telangana)
Milma: ₹ 52 (Kerala)
Amul: ₹ 56 (Gujarat)
Nestle: ₹ 73 (MNC)

Among these, Amul milk in packets isn't available in South. Due to demand for the homogenized toned milk cartons, Amul was planning to sell it online in Karnataka. The average price of the milk is ₹ 72 per liter. That in no way is a competition to Nandini, which sells carton milk at 62₹. Even the normal Amul milk is ₹ 17 costlier than Nandini.

So who is actually benefiting by agitation against Amul ? Look at the next name in the list. It's Nestle's equivalent brand costing ₹ 73 per liter. Nestle is already selling its brand in Karnataka while Amul isn't. So, the ABSOLUTE REALITY of Congress, JDS and all other Anti-Amul agitation is it is NOT about Nandini. It's about Nestle Vs Amul. All the agitators are promoting a multinational brand to condemn the most revolutionary of all Indian brands, that is Amul.

What about Amul taking over KMF ? Utter nonsense. Amul already buys milk from KMF for their ice creams because KMF is the cheapest provider. Just like the "Fake farmer agitation" and "Anti-CAA agitation", the Anti-Amul agitation is a politically motivated "fake issue" aimed at dividing people and dividing India. Nothing more, nothing less.

People of Karnataka must see through these dangerous plans of Congress and other opposition parties and defeat their nefarious designs.
