Since January, Donald Trump Jr. and Witkoff Jr. have been aggressively pursuing deals in Pakistan—spanning raw minerals, crypto ventures, and real estate.

In April, the Acting Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asia visited Pakistan under the guise of “anti-terrorism” cooperation, but raw mineral deals were reportedly on the table. Around the same time, members of the Congressional Pakistan Caucus, along with Jesse Jackson Jr., toured Pakistan, including Kartarpur and Pakistan-occupied Jammu & Kashmir, lavishing praise on Islamabad—just two days before the Pahalgam attack.

Meanwhile, the CIA Director held a discreet meeting with the DG ISPR on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference.

One hopes the Indian government is connecting the dots.
