A review of denoising methods in single-particle cryo-EM https://t.co/yI2vF6M4Hq
We reviewed the methods after we have been making some progress to denoise Cryo-em data.
Three years ago, my team found this protein can form helical polymer which is concentrated-depending. We solved it soon since we have experience including method development. Our partners spent two years on functional testing, very meaningful.@LSAjournal
