Portuguese Parliament’s vote condemning land confiscation&Israeli annexation plans in occupied West Bank, including East Jerusalem, is a significant step upholding int. law.
It reflects growing recognition that settlement expansion&unilateral measures undermine two-State solution
.@Palestine_UN amb Mansour, flanked by Arab and OIC Group ambs, on #Israel's de facto annexation of the #WestBank: "There is a Prime Minister of an extreme government coming to Washington, DC, challenging everyone that he is going to impose annexation and take the land of the Palestinian people. And we hope and expect that the powerful partners, in this regard, will stop Israel in its tracks from getting away with this violation of international law and the will of the entire community of nations." Later adds: "This is another test before all of these processes, whether Netanyahu will succeed against all of us, or whether we collectively succeed in defending what we agreed to." #Palestine
“Contrary to reports in the media, the Israeli Government does not own or have rights to the property that houses UNRWA's Sheikh Jarrah compound in East Jerusalem.
The Israeli Government's claims are false and illegal. There has never been a transfer of property.
UNRWA has leased the land from the Government of Jordan since 1952. It is now being seized in blatant breach of international law.
The International Court of Justice and @UN General Assembly have determined that Israel's presence in East Jerusalem is illegal and must end as rapidly as possible.
Israel has no sovereign rights in the Occupied Palestinian Territory and the application of its laws there is unlawful.”

Met with British CG today. Stressed that stronger Palestinian British relations must mean real action: sustaining ceasefire, urgent aid&reconstruction in Gaza, and a just political solution under international law; Gaza&West Bank are one. Palestinian sovereignty is non-negotiable

On the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, we thank who have stood with the just cause of Palestine in the most difficult struggles to preserve our existence on the occupied Palestinian land.
Throughout this year, Palestine has been present everywhere and in the hearts of those who believe in justice, human rights, and dignity. We have seen millions, from diverse languages, religions, and social and political backgrounds, carrying the Palestinian flag, not as a fleeting protest, but as a collective cry of conscience, an urgent and sincere call for justice, and a firm declaration that extermination, displacement, and starvation are not mere violations, but heinous crimes that threaten every human being on this earth.
Solidarity with Palestine is not a choice, but an ethical and human duty embraced by every living conscience. Palestine remains the cause of the human conscience that defines the principles of freedom, justice, and dignity, reminding the world that rights cannot perish and that human dignity cannot be defeated.
On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the State of Palestine reaffirms on the fundamental right of Palestinian women and girls to live in safety, dignity, and peace, and to enjoy full protection from the policies and crimes cried out by the Israeli colonial occupation, Including genocide, extrajudicial executions, enforced disappearances, arbitrary and administrative detention, torture, sexual violence, home demolitions, land confiscation, settler terrorism, starvation, intimidation, and the ongoing systematic wide-scale aggression on their rights. The Ministry stresses that Palestinian women and girls are facing one of the most sever forms of colonial occupation, apatrhide, persecution, and colonial oppression in the world, which killed more than 33,000 Palestinian women and girls in the past two years. While, the destruction of vital infrastructure, including hospitals, women’s clinics, reproductive and mental health services, and protection centers, has further deprived women of the basic services they are entitled to under international law.
The Ministry reaffirms that the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women is not merely a moment to recall gender-based violence only, as this year’s theme is“Unite to End Digital Violence against Women and Girls”, also an opportunity to expose and hold accountable the Israeli colonial occupation for its aparthid policies, which deployes advanced surveillance technologies, artificial intelligence as instruments of control, systematic targeting, and intimidation of our people.
At the national level, the State of Palestine continues to uphold its commitments to international human rights conventions, advance national strategies to eliminate all forms of violence and discrimination against women, promote their participation in decision-making, and strengthen their resilience. Additionally, the State of Palestine is working to harmonize its national legislation with international standards to guarantee the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women.
In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates underscores the urgent need to sustain the international momentum to end the illegal Israeli colonial occupation, implement the two-state solution with the independence of the State of Palestine, and to safeguard the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, including their right to self-determination, independence, and the right of return without restrictions. It further calls for intensified international legal efforts to ensure accountability for Israel occupying Power’s grave violations including genocide, forced displacement, war crimes, torture, settler terrorism, and the systematic aggression of the rights of Palestinian women and girls, in line with the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice and relevant international resolutions, as essential steps toward ending the illegal Israeli colonial occupation and ensuring the protection of the Palestinian women, men, and children alike.
One month into the ceasefire in #Gaza, life for Palestinians remains dire. Daily Israeli attacks continue, starvation persists in less visible forms, and the blockade prevents residents from clearing rubble, rebuilding, or repairing essential infrastructure.
Infographic: 25 months of ongoing genocide⤵️
2️⃣ years of genocide.
Children buried under rubble. Doctors killed at their posts. Journalists silenced mid-sentence.
A people starved, bombed, displaced — yet hope endures through the ashes.
Will justice follow❓️

Yesterday in the WB, state-backed terrorism. Three Palestinians and two Israeli activists were injured in a settler attack in Mikhmas. Settlers fired live ammunition and set fire to six homes in Khalet al-Sadrah. The IDF wasn't there to protect those it needed to protect. Again.
🌿 The annual #oliveharvest is a key economic, social and cultural event for Palestinians in the #WestBank.
⚠️ It is also a season where settler-related attacks and access restrictions have shown to increase concerningly over the past years.

“After two years of abject criminality and sheer cruelty, the International Court of Justice has reaffirmed what should have been a universal given: the weaponization of aid, the deliberate starvation of civilians and ban of organizations delivering them are strictly prohibited under ALL circumstances.”

From Athens, 🇵🇸 FM @VarsenAghShahin: the opportunity for peace should not be lost. Palestine ready to move from one stage to another, reaching to our liberation and the manifestation of 2SS.

"We welcome the announcement of a ceasefire in Gaza & the launch of a comprehensive political process that ensures the withdrawal of Israeli forces, release of prisoners & detainees, & immediate entry of humanitarian aid. Hopefully a serious step to end the suffering & reach 2SS"
