@Bose Hi @BoseService , extremely disappointed. My Bose Portable Smart Speaker (bought Dec, under warranty) failed after 3 months, took 6 weeks to repair, and has now failed again within a month. I’ve lost confidence in this unit. Requesting a replacement immediately.
Deeply saddened to learn about the loss of lives and widespread damage caused by the earthquake in the Philippines. My thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved families. I wish the injured a speedy recovery. India stands in solidarity with the Philippines at this difficult time.

@LGIndia They contacted us for a repair which we don’t need . Can someone call us today at the number I provided in the DM. While the machine is 3 months old and facing major problems we don’t want a repair but a Fresh piece!
@LGIndia 6 engineer visit within 3 months of purchase and only on the 6th visit did he check for a leak (which was ofc present) the front door is loosing colour too. It would be great if the machine can be replaced with a new one because how good is an inoperable machine?.
