@SrinivasShiv@ParasmeSaurabh then why were all of you crying bankruptcy during covid? right from houseowners to autowallas. everyone was praying migrants to come back.
The footpaths of 12th Main, Indiranagar are a mess.
- Piles of rubble rivalling conflict zones
- Trees doubling as dustbins
- Missing/broken slabs
- Inexplicable craters
Billions in venture capital have been deployed in this part of town. The footpaths could use some love too.
Winning a trophy happens on the field, not through political drama. The Indian team returned to Delhi empty-handed because true champions win matches, not egos. If you are so desperate for that metal piece, you can melt it down to pay off your IMF loans!
For the last year and a half I was building alone - no cofounder, no team, no community, just me and whatever problem I was chasing that week.
Before that I'd built Fitmint, raised funds, built a team, scaled it to hundreds of thousands of users and millions in revenue, and watched it not work out anyway.
Building solo after that taught me how lonely and difficult this path actually is.
That's why I started Builders' Den two months ago, and luckily my friend and a crackked builder @rahul_singh07 joined along the way.
16 founders, one shared goal: take an idea to $1,000 MRR in 90 days. No course, no hackathon - just solo founders and indie-hackers holding each other accountable in a closed slack community, week after week, in public.
We're on Day 64 of 90 now, deep in the GTM phase. Every builder is out testing channels; organic UGC, paid ads, cold outreach, Reddit - whatever it takes to land their first real customers.
The rule has always been ship or die. Miss your weekly update, go quiet, stop showing up - you're out. Three builders are already dead. The other 13 are still in it, shipping, selling, grinding toward revenue.
This is Builders' Den.

6 months ago I was doing $10K Monthly revenue and genuinely thought I'd figured it out. Then Meta ads just... stopped working. I tried multiple things to fix it. None of it worked. And the whole journey had gotten really lonely and boring.
And instead of pushing through, I gave up. Lost all motivation. Fell into that existential crisis of "should I even continue with this journey?"
So I did nothing. For months. Revenue is now $800.
But I'm done sitting in that hole. Back to grinding from today. Goal: $10k MRR again in 3 months.
Anyone else been through the "should I even keep going" phase? How did you snap out of it?
