My air travel cancelled without my permission and no alternative provided. My pnr is P4GG6J and I had to travel urgently. However both the airlines @IndiGo6E and the airtravel agent @makemytrip are not providing any solution

Very poor experience of railway. It's too annoying that 3 AC coach is getting internally wetted due to rain (leakage) , ACs are out of servic. Why are we paying higher fair then?@indianrailway__ @IRCTCofficial
