@wizzair 35£ for not checking in 72 hours before my flight?! perhaps send an email reminder like every other proper airline instead of assuming people will just visit your website to double check. this was incredibly sneaky and i feel cheated.

@talktalk yet again we are experiencing terrible customer service. our wifi isn't working and you are telling us to unscrew the socket in which its in. please send an engineer or help us get it working again without tearing our flat apart.

@TalkTalk I am extremely disappointed/infuriated by your service. I have paid April's bill and have yet to receive a router, no one has assisted me and its impossible to reach any of you during this pandemic. I will terminate my account with you if you do not resolve this now.
