@Jetstar_Asia Booking #FIG74F. I know 7kg cabin baggage is free,so I paid extra for 5kg thinking it's additional cabin. @ Bangkok airport, rude Jetstar staff said it's for checked baggage. How is it even possible to buy just 5kg checkin? Total scam. I want a refund of Xtra Lugg.
