Remember when we warned that SAVE Act would create unnecessary barriers for eligible voters?
The response was always the same:
“Just get the paperwork.”
Well, Florida is showing us what “just get the paperwork” actually looks like.
A Florida woman and Army veteran found that out when she ran into problems getting a REAL ID because she couldn’t produce a marriage record from 50 years ago to connect her name history.
Think about that. A citizen and Army veteran stuck because one old document was missing. Now expand that across the country. Millions upon millions of Americans have identity histories that don’t fit into one perfect government record. Marriage, adoption, divorce, immigration, court-ordered name changes, and simple clerical errors all create gaps.
The SAVE Act would add more opportunities for those gaps to become barriers. As is being proven in Florida.
Republicans have been lying to you.
An entire generation was raised on the whimsical — and occasionally very odd — shows found on PBS Kids. If you remember the antics of Zoboomafoo and Bill Nye, tune in for EW’s ranking of PBS’ various ‘90s classics. https://t.co/jrNdPlzoXi
Never forget that Mike Lawler spent six months and over $1.5 million trying not to face me, because I was his “strongest potential challenger.”
The billionaires, corporate PACs, and special interests funding him aren’t going to let up, but we won’t back down — because the Hudson Valley deserves better than a party-first politician who votes with Donald Trump 100% of the time.
It’s going to take each and every one of us, but come November 3rd, we’ll send Mike Lawler packing and take the first step toward a better, more affordable future for us all.
NYC mayor, Zohran Mamdani, tried to break through the state troopers to stop the mass deportations while shouting:
'DO YOU BELIEVE IN THE 1st AMENDMENT?'
This IS what it looks like when a leader is fighting for humanity.
Corruption in Washington is at an all-time high, as career politicians like Mike Lawler use their offices to enrich themselves and their lobbyist buddies. It’s time to put an end to that.
When I get to Congress, I will fight to rein in this corruption by banning congressional stock trading, banning corporate PAC money that is rigging our elections, and instituting congressional term limits.
It’s time for our government to serve everyday Americans, not corporations and special interests.
🚨🎥 TMZ's Harvey Levin calls the attacks on Dr. Anthony Fauci "one of the most heartbreaking things" he’s witnessed in government, comparing the push to jail him to the fear and persecution of the McCarthy era.
Nearly half a million New Yorkers have already lost their health insurance due to Donald Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful Bill,’ — which our own congressman, Mike Lawler, cast the deciding vote to enact.
This cruel and shameful decision only adds insult to injury by increasing Medicare premiums, and the impacts will disproportionately be felt by seniors on fixed incomes.
Every member of Congress — regardless of political party — must call on the Trump administration to reverse course.
This election, Hudson Valley voters have a choice:
1. Mike Lawler, “a beleaguered Republican Congressman who has tied himself to the Trump administration while trying to convince a moderate ‘swing’ district that he is the most bipartisan member of the House,” OR
2. Me, an Army combat veteran “running on [my] service to America [...] and big ideas to put the country back on course.”
It’s time to rein in Washington corruption and make this country more affordable for working families — because this isn’t about right versus left; it’s about right versus wrong.
T-100 days ‘til we send Mike Lawler packing! Make sure to register to vote by October 24th.

Every vote matters. Make sure you have a plan to vote, and then make sure your family, friends, and neighbors have one too!
Jon Ossoff: “Let’s be clear that there is one person who tried to commit election fraud in Georgia in 2020 and it was Donald Trump when he called up Brad Raffensperger and demanded our Secretary of State find him 11,780 votes, the exact number he needed to win in a state he had lost”
When Trump said “I’m not going to start a war,” many Americans believed that promise - and voted for him.
When he said his Iran war would be over in a few weeks, many believed that too.
Americans today are fed up with the cost of this war - and the lies.
Young women deserve the chance to get an education, pursue a career, and start a family when they're ready.
That's what the Clinton administration's National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy—now Power to Decide—was all about.
And it worked: teen pregnancies fell to an all-time low.
Millions of women and girls pursued dreams they may have otherwise deferred.
The Trump administration wants to turn back the clock.
It's up to all of us to tell them in November that we won't go back.
Mike Lawler has had the past four years to prove he can rise above the corruption and partisanship that plague Washington. Sadly, he’s failed, and the Hudson Valley is ready for change.
I’m in this fight for us. When you send me to Congress, I will put service to you and our country above all else — just as I’ve done my entire career while defending our democracy overseas.
Let’s do this.
I didn’t have to wait for Mike Lawler to cast his vote today to know that he would vote for the fifth time to continue the war with Iran. Because Mike Lawler votes with Donald Trump 100% of the time — even when American lives are at stake.
The recklessness of this administration when it comes to American servicemember lives and national security is unacceptable. And we’re going to continue to pay the price at home as the costs of goods, groceries, and gas soar.
We need to choose responsibility over recklessness. That’s why on November 3rd, we’ll vote Mike Lawler out.
There’s nothing more American than freedom and equality for all. I still remember what it was like serving as a lesbian in the military under “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” — fighting for my country overseas, while not having equal freedoms back home.
While I’m proud of how far we’ve come as a nation, we still have further to go. @HRC was a champion then as it is now for the LGBTQ+ community, and I’m honored to have their support in this race.
