@aviationbrk @DJSnM Hi Scott, Can’t seem to get a professional airline pilot to comment on this.trying to work out if flying through area or sigmet’ed turbulence is normal (like getting passengers to buckle up and ride it out) or should this be considered in planning and new routes taken.

@TheSkalman @aviationbrk It was quite a northernly track for MIA, really interested to talk to planners and pilots on the event, maybe routes would never be changed for this type of weather and it’s just a case of usually buckling up but this was a significantly patch of turbulence.
