@fxshaw Frank, shut the fuck up please for the sake of your PR.
There should be zero h1-b hires if there is an American applicant even near equivalent to an h1-b applicant. I quit 3 days in at MS because I knew it was a dead end, and how you operate your teams/contract workers.
@Zaszaract@TheDavidPiv Burden of proof is on the filer because they are REQUIRED to provide evidence that nobody else could fulfill the role. If they can’t provide proof, fraud.
@Zaszaract@TheDavidPiv The point of an h1-b is to fill a position no other domestic worker can.
If someone fires a 37 year veteran, and replaces them with a team of 3 h1-b workers without internal experience or knowledge, that right there is enough to infer fraud. Burden of proof is on the filer.
@beergnome1st@Bobbythirdway Speaking it to existence doesn’t make it true it just pleases your stupid fucking ego. Food is affordable. You’re just a moron with zero survival skills.
@beergnome1st@Bobbythirdway Yes please tell me how a loaf of bread was more accessible to the common man 1000 years ago.
Or tell me how rice was never considered a luxury.
@beergnome1st@Bobbythirdway Food is affordable when you cook it and procure it yourself. Theres a premium added when someone does it for you l, and gets paid for it. I budget twice a week to eat out on 62k
Call me crazy, but maybe don’t be a lazy cunt, and learn the most basic survival skill?
@beergnome1st@Bobbythirdway Yes, because then I can charge morons like you $28 dollars for the pizza because you’ll still buy it anyways and cry about it being too expensive
@beergnome1st@Bobbythirdway Cost of a whole Detroit pizza homemade that splits into two meals. 3.41 total. WA state which has a higher than average cost of living.
@DarkTechMonitor@SyndicateBias@Kingbingo_ I’d say do the same and don’t be so dismissive when people are making accurately referenced, good faith inferences with tools you don’t like.
@DarkTechMonitor@SyndicateBias@Kingbingo_ The challenge here is that TN law doesn’t clearly define provocation as a term other than in instance of assault. The only referenced definition of provocation are in cases of Assault and Homicide.
The man he shot is who I referred to for prior criminal conduct.
@DarkTechMonitor@SyndicateBias@Kingbingo_ The biggest question that will need to get proven in court is whether or not simply saying a racial slur is provocation, or calling someone a name.
Prosecutors are going to have to prove that the word itself is innately provocation. If not, it’s just a word.
@DarkTechMonitor@SyndicateBias@Kingbingo_ Provocation will likely be up to a jury or judge to decide. Or proven no probable cause.
The attackers pre-meditation and prior criminal history would make a case for the defense that the man shot was in fact, the initial aggressor before Chud even knew the man existed.
