@virginmedia No issues, so it keeps saying but we know there's an issue. Spoke to an advisor last night who told me it was scheduled to be fixed today by 2pm. Guess what, still dont work. Major repairs in told. 🤔

I swear down I'm cancelling my virgin media contract, they are the worst provider on the market. Nothing ever works, but there quite happy to charge you for a poor service. @virginmedia

@virginmedia Virgin media, your services have dropped in the last year. I find myself service status checking you almost everyday. Not great for a long as I remember. Even using your highest service I rarely got the speed advertised. Its a shame as I have sung your praises for last 6 years
