Here is why you shouldn’t buy a computer at @BestBuy: when you buy a computer at Best Buy, @GeekSquad becomes a barrier between the manufacturers and the buyers. Best Buy itself does not take a responsibility over the hardware even if you are still under service agreement.

@BestBuySupport No dm needed. They made me drive half an hour to the store to sign on a paper so they can send the computer to the manufacturer, which it was known in advance that we are looking at a hardware issue.

My recommendation is to buy computers directly from the manufacturer and save yourself the need to be the hostage of the @GeekSquad. It used to be an advantage to buy stuff at Best Buy. I learned today that it’s not.
