@AvniSrivastav20 @birlaopus @AdityaBirlaGrp @birlaopusprime I too faced the similar problem. The paint is chipping off within a week. It took 7 days after multiple follow up for @birlaopus to register a formal complaint. Am still waiting for a resolution. Customer service is very poor .

@birlaopus Your claim is totally misleading . I got my home painted using Birla Opus Paints and it has started peeling off in a week time . Birla Opus appointed contractor has done the job. Have been trying to reach customer service via email, via DM on X, via Complaint on website.
