@Hiderdk @wessonmo @Enyx_cs @SixteenZero @HLTVorg We will release a blog post on the subject since this is quite complicated, but we do use the round-win probability as an input to the model... so if you've read the previous articles on PRI, a version of that model is an input for each event/round that impacts the map win prob.

Hey @flagstar, random idea: why don't you avoid locking new, involuntary customers out of their bank accounts for 4 days (and counting) when you purchase accounts from other banks? And then build a support line that is more than a prerecorded message and an autodisconnect.
