@joshmcgoo Also getting one without ultrasound guidance seems crazy. I had one inserted with it, and it took five minutes start to finish. Painful, but it was over quickly. Another without took 45 minutes, involved a ton of blood and pain, and the iud ended up being expelled twice.

The problem isn’t the name. Some people honestly probably think it’s native by this point. The issue is that it eats houses and releases NOx gasses and is terrible for the soil. And that it grows so quickly that at this point it’s difficult to contain it.
