@sama Upgraded from super long time Plus/Codex user to Team with my wife. Lost nearly 1000 credits due to a “known limitation when upgrading” and am now paying more. Hitting worse practical limit now. Honestly wish I’d stayed on our one shared Plus account. What did I do wrong?
@shl https://t.co/bwA9UazdWR I think the perspective is changing. The challenge now is building SaaS-like processes and tools from within organizations, rather than a general or custom fit product from outside.
@allenholub I feel like I am back to the 90ies making static websites somehow and deploying them somewhere. Just now it's not TextEdit and FTP anymore, but rather Tailscale, SSH VPS, OpenCode, Model Providers and Markdown in nano.
@tomfgoodwin This also makes the websites blazing fast, as they are fully static. Accessibility and SEO are also top notch and much better than I could have afforded before. Translations as well. I’m also using an open source tracking tool on the same server that does not require consent.
@tomfgoodwin I’ve made https://t.co/DXx0WhP2TW and my own https://t.co/IHbVxPQCn0 over the past few days. Before I would have needed a designer a developer and a server guy, plus budget and time to coordinate.
@tomfgoodwin The difference is also in the stack. Before I would have had to either have a custom CMS or use something like Framer or Webflow. Now I just have a VPS and built everything directly on the server, versioned to GitHub repos.
