I sincerely hope at least one engineer at Twitter pushed a bunch of back-dated, “lorem ipsum” style dead code to save their job. And that they get a meeting with EM (to praise their 10x productivity) out of it.
it's plan-to-plan season & this comes to mind: OKRs should represent the things you'd be genuinely excited about achieving. I call this “the high-five standard” — if you wouldn’t high-five about it, you might be setting goals around the wrong things, and then doing the wrong work
