i can't think of a non-cliche way to say this, but everyone who says having a kid is the best thing in the world is both correct and still somehow understating it.

So, what's the bottom line?
Don't skip this step.
Every time I embark on a new venture, these 100 conversations lay the foundation for success. It's challenging, but the rewards are immeasurable.
So, if you're serious about launching your business, start reaching out. The journey of a thousand milesโand a thousand emailsโbegins with a single step.
Whenever I start a new business I do this ONE thing...
It's also what I recommend when someone asks me for feedback on their idea...
Keep reading to find out what it is.๐
1๏ธโฃTest Your Grit
Getting 100 people to talk to you isn't easy. You'll probably need to reach out to 1,000 people to secure those conversations. This process tests your determination and ability to sell your vision. It's a tough first hurdle that shows you just how badly you want this. Business is hard, and this is your initial proving ground.
2๏ธโฃBuild Your Network
Along the way, you'll connect with industry experts, potential mentors, and peers. These relationships can evolve into a mastermind group that supports you throughout your journey. You're not just gathering information; you're building a community that can open doors and offer invaluable advice.
3๏ธโฃGain Deep Industry Insight
By the time you've spoken to 100 people, you'll have a wealth of knowledge about the industry. You'll understand the nuances, challenges, and opportunities that aren't apparent from the outside. This insight positions you to make smarter decisions and avoid common pitfalls.
I've found that one of the most effective tools for change management is time boxing.
Time boxing is my secret weapon for getting teams unstuck and trying new things without the fear of failure.
How to implement this:
Set a 3-month timer.
Go all in on that new strategy, process, or whatever you're testing.
Then, regroup and assess.
It's not about being pushy or sales-y. It's about building genuine relationships and staying top-of-mind with the people who need what you offer.

"Growth hacks" don't work for me.
For super effective lead generation, you need a consistent, low-effort way to build a pipeline that never runs dry.
That's where my simple "TOFU" (Top of Funnel) strategy comes in...
I'm all about the basics when it comes to lead generation.
It's simple, it's consistent, and it WORKS.
Here's the breakdown:
๐Identify your ideal audience. ๐Who are you trying to reach?
๐Craft a compelling message. ๐What value do you offer?
๐Choose your channels. ๐Where does your audience hang out?
๐Reach out consistently. ๐Don't wait for leads to come to you.
For me, that looks like 5 targeted emails a week and posting daily no linkedin. It keeps my pipeline full and my business growing.
X - what are you doing
Y - what amount of time
Z - What results
