@WassupMurry@perfectpiegal This is such a general statement about a large number of universities, it in no way encompasses either end of the spectrum. Top Power 5 brings in enough to sustain more than the entire athletics departments.
D2, HBCU and others often barely keep their sports programs afloat!
@nursekort@barstoolsports He has to at least make the hit look less intentional 😭🤣 play it off or something. I really can’t imagine a single starter not knowing the targeting rule!
@PipSqueakMouse @tillamook_6354 @william_fitz I didn’t mention since there are character limits, but I specifically gave a high monthly for maintenance for this reason. Not depreciation specifically, but the ability to do what you want when you sell/trade (when depreciation matters).
@PipSqueakMouse @tillamook_6354 @william_fitz Your net worth isn’t your take home pay!
What car you decide to drive, how much you pay for it monthly, whether you choose finance it, etc. Would all be based on your personal choice. You can also pull from your maintenance account for down payment, but are judgment calls
@PipSqueakMouse @tillamook_6354 @william_fitz Depreciation is different with each vehicle. You also don’t pay depreciation… the car’s value only matters when you sell/trade.
Lastly, if the extra $11,000 bumps you and a spouse to the next tax bracket the bump won’t be too much with it.
@PipSqueakMouse @tillamook_6354 @william_fitz Generally speaking I had a head start. At my fitness studio I net $45 an hour when I train personally, but I net $20 per trainer on their clients. Taxes are already similar, gas & maintenance combined are close to my operating costs monthly. Was already an easy guesstimate
@PipSqueakMouse @tillamook_6354 @william_fitz Most trash take I’ve seen on this thread… even averaging $45 an hour ($60 is a little ambitious since you have to travel in between, etc), when done as an actual job, minus expenses would still put you ahead of someone making $20 an hour…
