During the first day of Global Food Week, the Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority (ADAFSA) signed several agreements to enhance food security and agricultural innovation. This aims to attract investment, open new commercial horizons, and reinforce Abu Dhabi’s position as a leading global hub in the agricultural sector.

I conveyed the greetings of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to U.S. President Donald Trump during the dinner at the White House, which was attended by senior U.S. and UAE officials, thanking him for the warm welcome and hospitality.

Our discussions focused on the future of the long-term strategic partnership between our two nations and reinforcing our shared vision for prosperity and progress. The UAE remains committed to strengthening its economic ties with the U.S. by accelerating investments in artificial intelligence, advanced technology, infrastructure, energy, and healthcare – key pillars for sustainable growth and development.

The approach of the leadership of both countries and their economic policies represents a significant impetus for encouraging foreign direct investment and strengthening the existing economic partnership between the two nations.
