@CarstenVoss @KLM We had airtags in our luggage too and it was just sitting there at AMS. Try calling the airport to get contact info for the baggage handler department directly. One of our bags was in Dublin and my wife got a response within a couple hours of emailing the baggage company

@KLM we flew back home on @WestJet & they had to redirect us to a flight thru United. My bro’s, sister’s & parent’s luggage get lost but Oliver at WestJet in SFO was able find their luggage within 24hrs and are on their way to them. Why can’t you do this @KLM? #missingluggage
