Prediction markets tell you what a crowd believes. They don't tell you how hard anyone believes it — a confident bet and a nervous one look identical on the price.

A 100-second game ending in a last-second stampede needs sub-second blocks — on a 12-second chain, "switched at second 50" and "switched at second 95" land in the same block and the timing mechanic stops existing.

This tells you they picked A, committed at second 12, and never flinched — or that 40% of them jumped in at second 99. Same winner, completely different confidence. That's the signal a poll throws away.
