@tvlicensing how come you send a letter which used to have the tv licence attached to it with a QR code that you have to use to choose to receive a paper licence? Talk about a waste of time and money and a way to worry and alienate the elderly!

@GMB parents are entitled to up to 4 weeks leave each year but carers only get 1 week. Basic discrimination. Parents choose to have a child but carers of adults just find themselves without a choice.

@askesure after being on hold with your chat for 45 minutes, then on hold on phone for 40 minutes I finally got through to an advisor who then had to put be on hold whilst she found the answer to my query. She came back on the line and then it went dead! How do I speak to someone
@waitrose please don’t do what M&S is doing and turn your customers into cashiers. Keep staffing your tills so we have the service we want and your staff keep their jobs
