My favorite watchOS 27 feature is how Siri sends HomeKit commands using a wireless 68K modem. It’s amazing how it can turn off the lights across the house after a mere 15 seconds of processing!

Dual Capture being exclusive to the iPhone 17, Air, 17 Pro, 18 Pro, Duo when Apple had shown us years ago the iPhone 11 can easily record from multiple cameras at the same time

Manual Controls are only available on the iPhone 18 Pro, but third party apps have been offering manual controls for a long while
