So I was scammed by an @Airbnb host on Tuesday night & left without somewhere to stay at midnight in Washington DC. They never sent check in info -I just turned around and drove 5 hours back home at midnight. Bc they had my $$. They refuse to refund and apparently that’s fine.
Thanks Airbnb for the £61 voucher to use on your site. That totally makes up for being £1080 out of pocket after your host cancelled our booking 4 hours before check in leaving ourselves and two toddlers stranded. @Airbnb_uk@AirbnbHelp@Airbnb
I’m always appalled at [lack of] customer service at @Airbnb, especially as someone who’s been awarded Superhost status multiple times. Like you mean to tell me NO ONE can solve my issue? 🧐

My husband & I got defrauded out of money by an @Airbnb scammer and @Airbnb will not return our money. All we wanted was a place to stay. Instead, we were scammed out of money & left with no place stay. Do better @Airbnb@AirbnbHelp for your loyal customers.
