@BCFerries what are the chances of today's Otter Bay to Tsawwassen sailings being reinstated? Booked months ago and need to get to Mainland, you canceled both evening boats leaving Pender tonight, sailings tomorrow are full. SGI residents need to be able to rely on you.

@CHEK_News Not just potential cancellations, SGI residents basically cannot get to Mainland at all due to multiple cancellations today. Even if we booked months in advance. BCFerries needs to remember for SGI residents they are an essential service, they are not a cruise just for tourists.

@CTVVancouver @GlobalBC what this should say is BC Ferries fails to provide basic services to Southern Gulf Island residents. Multiple cancellations today to Mainland & looming cancellations to Swartz mean residents have no way off island.

@BCFerries Any plans on what we're supposed to do? Booked months ago, multiple ferries leaving Pender cancelled today, ferries full tomorrow...so much for booking in advance. Chances of a different ferry tonight? People who live here have appointments to get to off island.
