@Quixahtic@Mister_Calub@luminatettv The subroutines mean nothing without the DNA access card. So you're still forced to interact with the vaults whether its running your own keys or stealing from others
@sunshineking95@Phlosio Only real way you stop knowledgeable players from blitzing early game is by either heavily nerfing loot on maps, or have a constantly rotating suite of maps so early experience is always new. Neither would be well received if we're being real
@sunshineking95@Phlosio Arc doesn't even enforce wipes, so people can just keep everything and roll over people who do. Tarkov is the same as Marathon. Know which map bosses to farm, you can immediately get high end armor plating and ammo. It happened at 1.0 launch, everyone farmed Tagilla for his mask
@Phlosio Fresh experiences of a game that hooked you in general. But the longevity comes from keeping you hooked. Thrive or die, I'm sticking it out with Marathon either way cause its just fuckin' fun
@PaulTassi Can't play marathon on season start, can't play POE2 cause of horrific latency, stuttering, crashes, and bugs riddled throughout the Atlas. I can't win this week lmao
@GumballTj3@JFpaes15@BitterCRZDLoner Doom The Dark Ages she voices a white woman, so it's definitely not a contract thing on her end. She's not personally requesting this
@PaulTassi@huitiemecompte The only real way we get evidence is someone takes ownership ala lizard squad or anonymous, or Bungie states that as the root cause
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT It's fucked truly, even on the basis of course of conduct none of that actually applies. They made absolute sure that the sign was going up in a public place. Only thing that would stick is emotional distress, but realistically we known that's a lie. But they'd be able to enforce
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT Ah fair, but yeah pretty sure there was literally no legal method for the officers to take their sign down at all, we have blatant audio of the officer speaking telling the group they're within their rights. And the bald fuck took the sign down regardless. That's big.
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT Don't believe Ben ever got an explanation for that, as well as didn't even get mentioned in the department chief's video but I can't quite recall
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT Not the traffic stop, but the point when Ben and his group hung the GFM image up on the public space. The cops couldn't nail them on anything, but they ripped the sign down and took it regardless, then arrested Ben's friend. Completely unlawful
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT So even in that instance, stalking wouldn't apply, mister big britches policeman just couldn't accept leaving the sign up and overstepped to the maximum, stomping on their first amendment right
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT Lack of relevance? He literally has the audio of the two police officers discussing that they literally can't get anything to stick, and it'll just "upset Josh". Then right in the middle of one officer telling Ben's group they're straight, the other one takes the sign anyway
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT I'm just saying from the standpoint of stalking, he's pretty much covered with all the evidence he's accumulated against the department to show he was doing everything legally. The only place he's really screwed is fleeing the country with an active warrant lmao
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT As soon as he informed the other thief that his plan was to sue them both, the police harassment ramped up immensely, that's when the 2 hour drug search and house raid happened. They were making the department catch them on *anything* to get Ben's group locked up
@PolNinjaTrekkie@urmom_eth@coffeebreak_YT Again it's all a bad faith interpretation of stalking to try and put him in jail so he can't individually sue the two of them. That's blatant. Ben's only mistake has been being too open with both the police, and the owners. He should *NOT* have told them he was suing them.
