Hiring just moved inside your AI assistant.
Every hiring tool makes you stop what you are doing. Open a dashboard. Run a search. Copy a name. Switch tabs. Start over. We think that is backwards.
So we rebuilt DevMatch to live where you already work, inside Claude or any MCP compatible AI assistant.
Here is what that looks like now.
You paste a job description into your chat. shortlist of real engineers, not applicants, not keyword matches. You open a profile and see the actual work they have shipped. You hit draft outreach and a
personalized email is ready to send. All wit.
No new tab. No new login in the middle of your day. The work comes to you.
The engineers are real. Every match is grounded in what someone has actually built across open source, their writing, and their public work, not a resume they wrote about themselves. That is the whole point. You reach out to people who have already done the thing.
DevMatch, verified engineer hiring for mission-driven teams.
Free for everyone. The only requirement is an account.
The clip below runs on a live NVIDIA solution architect role. Job description to a drafted outreach email, in seconds, without ever leaving the chat.
@a16z "harkening back to 2010s democratized space future"
Really, it was mostly a non-existent industry during that time... also as I recall the tech and political climate was mostly indifferent, and in some cases totally antipathetic to the commercialization of space.
@sheemamoto If a regular consumer(even on ultra/heavy) actively runs 20 bots they'll run out of credits in a day. So it's not very useful advice without the same constraints.

@angelo_a_jr I wrote an article partly on this exact question, https://t.co/wK9QUMxpuz. In short, when building becomes marginal cost, then the question of what to build largely depends on values.
@peterrhague I've been saying this, drug abuse is another parallel here. It's rampant in the US, and in China widely looked at with contempt and treated with severity.
@XFreeze The limits are better but there is still much room for significant improvement. I'm not sure what their system is for allocating limits but it's not dynamic apparently, which is why this issue comes up again and again as per comments.
