Let me ask:
▪️ Why is there no escalation mechanism at the passport office for genuine cases like this?
▪️ Why is a security guard acting like he owns the office, deciding who gets to enter and who doesn’t?
▪️ Why is common sense so uncommon in Indian government offices?
▪️ Why are citizens treated like they’re asking for favors when we are paying for a service?
▪️Why is there no grievance officer on-ground to immediately intervene in such genuine cases?
I envy these goras purely on a geographical basis. where I live if I do 20k steps in any direction the most eventful place I'll find myself is a chauraha with two parchoon ki dukaan and a commerce tuition whose students try to run me over w their activas
