Zaid Rais is now fioel. Same person, one person: I design the site and write the code. Websites for sound and music studios, fashion and jewellery labels, perfume houses, galleries and creative studios, live in weeks, not months. The site and the name are new today. The handle here is @zaid_fioel from now.
@jasonlk Curious whether that parking pass app would still get its own name and icon somewhere, or if invisible really means no trace of it existing at all.
@ericosiu Agree, that split matters a lot at scale. Scout scores every prospect site automatically, but I still eyeball the ones that land near the skip line before it sends anything.
I ship every site as static HTML with the text already in the file, because most AI crawlers do not run JavaScript. If your project descriptions load in after the page arrives, those crawlers never see them.
@neilpatel Agree, and it shows up fast in design too: what reads as premium restraint to one audience reads as cold or unfinished to another, same layout.
@wallpapermag Sound setting the pace for a runway show before a single garment moves is such an underused entrance, curious how much of it carries through in the video edit versus being there live.
@jakobgreenfeld Agree, and it's the same trap as tracking rankings instead of bookings. A prospect telling you they found you through an AI answer is worth more than any visibility score.
@simonswiss Once stock sites themselves are full of AI covers, using stock as a hero stops being the safe boring choice and starts looking worse than a client's own product shots.
@designmilk curious how the charred cedar reads up close, is the texture rough enough that you'd want it at hand height too or just on the upper walls.
@SimonHoiberg Two months of pipeline work and the model catches up in one prompt, that's a rough kind of funny. Curious what part of your Remotion setup still beats it once you push past the demo shots.
