@WFRising This has become a daily occurrence and nuisance to deal with. Quality of life has deteriorated substantially due to the smoke and all of the soot. Air filters inside the homes are able to mitigate the effects of this situation to only certain extent.

@JetBlue I've now been trying to reach your customer reps for more than 2 hrs, but to no avail. I'm hoping I can at least reach someone via Twitter. I need an alternate flight option than what was assigned as a result of a cancellation.

@JetBlue It also sucks that it's taking longer than 2 hrs to reach a rep by phone or chat. Also, your website has technical issues that prevent me from cancelling/modifying my reservations. I don't want to fly with your airline, just let me cancel!

@JetBlue why don't you give a reason as to why flight from LAX to BUF was cancelled? We're now reassigned on an inconvenient flight 2 days from now.
