Had a blast chatting with Rachel Donald on Planet Critical about the world we technologists are building, why we build what we build, why the resulting lives we impact can feel so frenetic, and what can be done to ensure a positive future Check it out: https://t.co/UaAMcmY66f
The Lincoln Project has wasted no time putting out a video ushering in Kamala Harris for President of the United States!
NGL, the beginning made me teary.
We owe President Biden so much gratitude!
@aisolopreneur A related one I like is called the Philosopher's Lens so you can choose a modern topic to discuss with a philosopher: https://t.co/20GuXST6FA -- one of my favorite companions of late.
Made 3 GPT bots, all work startlingly well
1. Philosopher's lens -- pick a philosopher, discuss a modern topic w them: https://t.co/20GuXST6FA
2. Jungian Dream Analyzer: https://t.co/OcXs2XbaLw
3. Xyonix AI Advisor (this one might be taking my job): https://t.co/f88VgOhEuM
Ran into this philosopher's work this weekend, very interesting thinker. I need to spend more time w/ this and less on panopticonic cruft: https://t.co/E5fGjzljKU
@rebelEducator Private schools can pick and choose their students so anyone w/ special needs (read expensive) can be politely refused. Public schools don't have this luxury. Not all public schools (e.g. poor districts) can lean on parent volunteers and fundraising the way private schools can.
We all have that person whose words swirl around in our mind days later. For me at the top of that list is @wojespn, one of the best product minds I know -- join us in this episode where we dig into all things product management and generative AI:

@WarClandestine He's just stating official policy; since the 70s the words the US has used wrt China/Taiwan have involved a kabuki dance of sorts -- arming the Taiwanese but not saying so while disavowing support for independence and opposing reunification through force.
Now that reasonable conversations are expected from LLMs, how do we measure our bots' ability to adhere to increasingly exacting editorial standards? Check out this episode where we dig in to assessing efficacy on generative outputs.
Join Deep and Bill in the newest episode of #YourAIInjection as they discuss #assessing the #efficacy and accuracy of #LLMs. Discover the importance of #constraints, contextual considerations, & communication style in achieving #reliable results:

@allen_ai@ryonck@geekwire Fantastic! Press release says "suitable licensing" -- does that mean commercial friendly, e.g. Apache 2.0, MIT, BSD, etc or not?
@JamesSurowiecki Hardly a political issue, the acceleration is insane (Y) and the experience far superior to any gas vehicle I have ever driven. Everyone yaps on until they actually experience a good one. Charging's never been even slightly an issue other than to marvel at the lack of a gas bill.
This thing is amazing -- like having a bunch of grad students read a ton of papers for you and you just talk to them. I'll be lost for the next few days in this thing digging in on the topics I have a fuzzy understanding of.
There is a new AI search engine ideal for researchers: Perplexity.
It's like a (factual!) ChatGPT mixed with Google Scholar.
