If you live in Iowa, now is the time to get informed, get involved, and prepare to make your voice heard.
This is a chance for change that could impact the entire state of Iowa and many others beyond it. I had an incredible discussion with Zach Lahn, a candidate for governor, who spoke heavily about Bayer-Monsanto, cancer rates in Iowa, and the water issues impacting communities across the state.
Tuesday, November 3, 2026, is Election Day. I’m rooting for Zach.

“Do you know how many people die a year from cancer? 618,000. I thought it’d be higher than that. You know where the highest concentration of cancer cases is? In Iowa. Do you know where the highest concentration of glyphosate is? Iowa. You know this guy running for governor? That’s one dude I do like a lot, a lot. He talks like the farming community has been having case after case after case of cancer. They can’t even swim in lakes in Iowa because the shit has gotten so bad."
@ZachLahn@megynkelly
@RandyFeenstra Are we still talking about the abortion issue? Nothing in this post talks about your vision for Iowa. How do we move beyond an Ag economy? How do we change this rising cancer issue? How do you plan to further enhance and protect school choice?
@adamsteen Yes, please keep calling out the establishment installation of @RepFeenstra. Otherwise, many of us republican voters will be forced to vote blue for @RobSandIA at the General election. He is starting to talk about real Iowa challenges and gaining momentum.
@SenWarren Instead of taxing them to get these things done, why don’t you find a way to incentivize them to invest their wealth in these areas? Give them a reason to say yes, and watch it happen….

A major accomplishment for @kickingaustin23 - honored with a 5⭐️ rating from @KohlsKicking as a Punter. His 2025 development focused transforming his body and ball striking consistency. He will be a key asset at next level! @achs_jaguar@JaguarSandC

@benbruns Yeah, I can think of several other items which the State of Iowa could invest in & provide a better ROI to tax payers and enhance quality of life for many. It is not the responsibility of tax payers to attract and retain top tier coaches at state schools.
Congratulations, @kickingaustin23 on your All State honors as a Punter! You played a key role in many of the @achs_jaguar games this year! Keep up the hard work as you march toward your football goals!
@MattOverton_LS Yep, we have daily warm up drills to help feel body and ball positioning. Mobility is a big challenge for HS guys. So they do work with my kickers and punters for mobility.
Week to week they are getting better. But practice time is limited, they are position players too.
“Our hardest workers are our best players. It’s not fake. Our best players are our hardest workers. Go out and watch them practice and it’s like that everyday. That’s the standard. So if you’re not up to that standard with the effort matching what our best players do, you’re not going to be around here very long,” Dan Campbell
