With an unknown future for staff in ICBs, NHS E and other providers, leading with kindness has never been more vital. It’s not about being soft, or letting poor performance slide, it’s about recognising the emotional impact on staff and looking after each other as best we can
@YorkshireWater, if you use another provider, please ensure their letters look genuine! This was actually real (after wasting 10 mins on the phone talking to the loveliest customer service person to confirm) the dodgy printing and signed “Yorshire” made me concerned. Embarrassing
