But even nursing is only 88% female. So you would not expect 98% female hiring. And we are talking ALL JOBS, not nursing!

If I wanted to get into health care I would have made that decision as a child and become a doctor, which is part of why the marketing is not working for men

Literally “we prefer men for this position” is listed as illegal sex discrimination under title vii of the civil rights act.
