@XcelEnergyMN For months I have been trying to get information and switch over to time of day plan and am getting a runaround. The rep just blames people internally and mentions of Energy Experts calling me. Do they even exist? What a shitty customer experience!

@ChaseSupport had a horrendous experience starting with one absolutely incompetent staff who just wouldn’t listen. Talked to 3 different reps. Got 3 different results. I’m done with Chase!!
@digitalocean Submitted 03022698 on 22nd Oct. Sent videos to replicate issue. Sent whatever support asked. Got no help from support team. Eventually had to change creds to get in. Emailed them yesterday ~ 7 CT and asked to close out the ticket.
@digitalocean@Cloudflare Since 22nd Oct I was getting "Sorry, you have been blocked" CF message on DO website. No help from DO. Seems like if password is literally code, that message appears. Was your intent to discourage users from using code in password?
