@jamesward01 My marathon training and non marathon training are identical, with main ingredient being cake. Plus itโs nearly December, bring on the mince pies and tin of Cadbury roses (for one ๐คฃ)
There are always positives from challenges.Iโve enjoyed:
1. Not commuting
2. No football โฝ๏ธ๐คฃ
3. Spending more time speaking to family and friends ๐
4. Using my car less and my two feet and wheels more ๐ ๐ฒ
5. Really asking if people are ok ๐๐ป

@rantoomuch Great ones! Iโve spent much more time getting to know neighbours too which is certainly a positive. Loving the quieter skies too. If you need a bread taste tester let me know! ๐ ๐
Should have been travelling up north today to celebrate Mums 70th tomorrow. If you are still socialising, please be aware what some of us are prepared to give up to support loved ones & the vulnerable at this time. We are giving mum a half birthday instead ๐#SocialDistanacing
